✨ SUPPORT WORKER OPPORTUNITY — AFTERNOON & EVENING SHIFTS | SOUTH EAST QUEENSLAND ✨

Coral Future Care is looking for a warm, switched-on Female Support Worker to join the team supporting one of our valued participants — a wonderful, articulate young woman who loves a good conversation and values genuine connection.

This is a role for someone who is self-directed, emotionally intelligent, and brings their personality to work — not just their checklist.

🗓️ Available Shifts

• Wednesday: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Thursday: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Friday: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Saturday: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Sunday: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Shifts may vary during school holiday periods — great ongoing availability for the right person.

👩 Who We're Looking For

✅ Female support workers only (genuine occupational requirement) ✅ Mature, grounded, and confident in conversation ✅ Strong English communication — our participant is very verbal and loves to engage ✅ Able to work independently and use your initiative ✅ Creative thinker — you bring ideas, not just routine ✅ Calm, patient, and reliable ✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or willing to obtain) & Certificate for Medication Assist

💛 What Shifts Look Like

Our participant is engaging, conversational, and builds genuine rapport with workers she connects with. This role suits someone who sees support work as a relationship — someone who is present, consistent, and brings real energy to every shift.

💛 SUPPORT WORKER OPPORTUNITY — MORNING & EVENING SHIFTS | CHERMSIDE & SURROUNDS 💛

Coral Future Care is looking for a dedicated, warm-hearted Female Support Worker to join the team supporting one of our valued participants — a funny, kind, and resilient woman based in Chermside who thrives with the right people by her side.

Our participant values routine, real connection, and a support worker who actually shows up — in every sense of the word. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

🗓️ Available Shifts

Monday to Friday

🌅 Morning: 9:30 am – 11:30 am / 12:30 pm

🌆 Evening: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday

🌙 Evening: 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

A mix of morning and evening availability across the week is ideal.

👩 Who We're Looking For

✅ Female support workers only (genuine occupational requirement)
✅ Trauma-informed and emotionally attuned — this is non-negotiable
✅ Consistent, reliable, and punctual — our participant values people who do what they say
✅ Calm under pressure with strong de-escalation skills
✅ Confident communicator — clear, warm, and unhurried
✅ Able to support both community access and daily living tasks
✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or willing to obtain)
✅ Current First Aid & CPR
✅ Certified Medication Assist — required for this role
✅ Positive Behaviour Support training — highly regarded

☘️ Happy St Patrick's Day from all of us at Coral Future Care!

What an incredible way to celebrate the day! 🇮🇪

As Gold Sponsors of the Brisbane St Patrick's Day Parade, we were so proud to see the Irish Australian Support Association of Queensland(IASAQ) mark St Patrick's Day in the most special way — with a meeting between Queensland Premier David Crisafulli MP and Her Excellency Fiona Flood, Ambassador of Ireland to Australia.

It was a moment that really captured what this day is all about — celebrating the beautiful, lasting friendship between Ireland and Australia, built through generations of families who made this incredible country their home, while keeping their Irish hearts beating strong. 💚

We even loved the personal touch — acknowledging the Premier's own family connection to Ireland through his wife's Irish heritage. That's what community is all about.
