As a Service Coordinator at Coral Future Care, you'll be the connective tissue between our participants, their families, and our support teams — ensuring the right care is in place, delivered with purpose, and shaped by what matters most to each person we serve.

We were founded by a family with lived NDIS experience. That's not a tagline — it's the reason we do things differently.

What an absolutely special day.

We had the most wonderful time representing Coral Future Care at the Brisbane St Patrick's Day Parade today, and our hearts are still full. Days like this remind us exactly why we do what we do — showing up for community, celebrating connection, and being proud of who we are and where we come from. 💚

☘️ Happy St Patrick's Day from all of us at Coral Future Care!

What an incredible way to celebrate the day! 🇮🇪

As Gold Sponsors of the Brisbane St Patrick's Day Parade, we were so proud to see the Irish Australian Support Association of Queensland(IASAQ) mark St Patrick's Day in the most special way — with a meeting between Queensland Premier David Crisafulli MP and Her Excellency Fiona Flood, Ambassador of Ireland to Australia.

It was a moment that really captured what this day is all about — celebrating the beautiful, lasting friendship between Ireland and Australia, built through generations of families who made this incredible country their home, while keeping their Irish hearts beating strong. 💚

We even loved the personal touch — acknowledging the Premier's own family connection to Ireland through his wife's Irish heritage. That's what community is all about.

At Coral Future Care, we're a family at heart too. Built on lived experience, genuine connections, and a deep belief that people — and the communities that surround them — are everything.

☘️ THE PARADE IS TOMORROW! ☘️
The countdown is over — tomorrow Brisbane turns green!
Come down to the heart of the city for the Brisbane St Patrick’s Day Parade, featuring 700+ participants and over 40 floats bringing Irish music, culture and community to life.
The celebrations don’t stop when the parade ends!
Join us for Picnic in the Gardens in the beautiful Botanic Gardens, with live music, great food and market stalls from 8:00am – approx. 2:00pm. With 30 stalls offering food, drinks and crafts, the craic will be flowing before and after the parade! 🎶🍔

New Roles in:

Position 1

Female Support Worker need for a client in North Lakes. Very easy going gentlemen that needs care- had a stroke, right side Aphasia, Aspiration risk/Dysphesia This is a long term arrangement, hours will change once NDIS plan is reviewed and approved

Current hours:

Week 1:

Monday 4pm to 7pm

Tuesday 4pm to 7pm

Wednesday 7am to 4pm

Thursday 4pm to 7pm

Friday 7am to 4pm

Week 2

Monday 4pm to 7pm

Tuesday 4pm to 7pm

Wednesday 4pm to 7pm

Thursday 4pm to 7pm

Friday 7am to 4pm

As mentioned, hours will change once an approval is made to his NDIS plan, meaning you will receive more hours

I am looking for someone that could commit long term to these hours, they are set hours.

Female Support Worker needed for a client in Chermside, has mental health concerns, ASD Level 3, so need someone that can and has worked with someone with those behaviour of concerns

Same with the above participant, hours are set, however will change once a new NDIS plan has been reviewed and approved.

Monday 5pm to 10pm

Tuesday 3pm to 10pm

Wednesday 5pm to 10pm

Thursday 3pm to 10pm

Friday 5pm to 10pm

Saturday 7pm to 10pm
