Hey everyone from the healing group, I had a few days to deal with some intense work and as well to have a little break.
I started this challenge as a way to give back, to honour my friend wishes and to keep my gift sharp.
One other reason is to create a daily habit extending a part of the 50 days wellbeing / mental toughness challenge I started 22 days ago today.
I'm working on being more consistent and fit this giving habit in :)

I will be back to it full steam tomorrow.

You will see a message on this wall and the people that called for it last week will still be receiving.

Happy new year everyone 🙂 I believe that 2019 will be even more about cultivating our inner gifts and share them with the universe. Here is a little thing for you.
I will be back to give healing and support this year too.
Always being something that I do when it’s flowing or when someone needs help but it might be the year that I come back deeply exportation again.

A lot of appreciation to all of you that supported me and received what i had to share in my chaotic rhythm.
