SAVE THIS for glute pain, tight hips & lower back relief 👇

Seated Figure-4 Stretch

What it helps with:
• Tight glutes
• Piriformis tension
• Hip stiffness
• Lower back tightness

How to do it:
1. Sit tall in a chair
2. Place your ankle over the opposite knee (making a "4" shape)
3. Keep your back straight and gently lean forward

You should feel the stretch through the glute of the crossed leg.

Want to deepen the stretch?
Pull your toes towards your shin. This increased tension through the muscles and can make the stretch a little stronger.

Hold for 20-30 seconds each side.

Your hips and lower back will thank you!
