As an intuitive energy healer I have developed my own modality BIOPSYCHENERGETICS where I combine my education- Msc (Biochemistry), BSc (Microbiology) and BA (Psychology)- work experience in Information Technology and knowledge gained through my studies in Kinesiology, Reiki, Pellowah and much more! Teaching yoga, I started to feel energy and found I could heal people. Now I do that as an Intuitive Energy healer. I also teach Reiki and Pellowah! I was 33 when I first heard of a child with allergies-from strawberries!!

Growing up in India I did not know anyone with allergies! That too from food humanity has eaten for millions of years!

I remember thinking to the point of obsession over next few weeks as I always need to know why! I truly believe nothing is random and everything has a reason!

5 years later, my son woke up with swollen eye and rashes on his chest!

I was told it was allergies and only option was steroids! Even one dose of steroid can harm our body in innumerable ways!

So I looked at alternatives-naturopath, chiropractor, kinesiology, ayurveda, homeopath, Reiki and of all these different modalities no one could explain how a healthy child could develop severe allergies to grass, dust, pollens and animal dander overnight?!!

No one could assure me it would go away completely and promise that it would never come back!

Pressure was put on me to get rid of my rescue dog but would that help with grass and pollens? Outdoor sporty life is what my son lived for! How do you protect one from nature?!

I was urged to get more testing done but again I asked-how would knowing more things to be fearful of and avoid help with his healing?!

Again I started obsessing over how someone could react to what has been around forever-grass, dust, animals?!

Answer is pretty simple and quite obvious!

People are allergic not to nature and what she lovingly provides! we are allergic to synthetic chemicals,-pesticides, fertilizers, cleaning/ beauty products!

In past 7 years I have helped many clients with clearing these toxins that our bodies do not recognise and cannot deal with!

Gluten, nuts, berries, dust, grass -all this are part of nature just like we are! But what is sprayed and applied on them or their hybridisation and genetic modifications are the cause of our reactions, allergic symptoms!

Our emotions, traumas, beliefs , past lives and ancestral memories are intertwined with these negative experiences causing the reactivity and my job is to find and clear them all -from mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels!

Once you know the truth healing is easy and you are in charge of your well being!

Mums really need to understand and know this! Paracetamol (crocin,tylenol, panadol) aspirin and neurofen have soooo many side effects!

They don't "cure" or heal anything just numb your sensations, supressing your symptoms, hinder your immune system and shut down your brain body connections!

In my healing work I have helped clients come out of ICU, from their deathbed by clearing side effects of medications they are on!

One 9 year old had low-grade fever so mum gave panadol!

That evening he developed severe stomach ache and could not eat for almost 4 days!

Over late saturday night parents took him to hospital and despite all the tests, doctors/specialists couldn't say what the cause was!

The poor child was on antibiotics and painkiller, stomache was still there and after 3 days in hospital his body was covered in rashes!

When they contacted me, straightaway I cleared side effects of the medications including antibiotics, pain killer given at hospital and panadol given at home! I flushed all medications given from babyhood and strengthened his immune system!

Within 2 hours his pain and fever was gone! Within 5 hours rashes disappeared and he was hungry, wanting to go home!

Your child and you can decide but my humble request is please look up long term damage of medications routinely given out!

Wouldn't it be better to find out why the child has fever, stomach ache, ear ache in the first place and safeguard against that rather than giving or taking toxic medication?

I wrote and posted this in November 2023! EVERY single medication has side effect and not a single medication cures or fixes root cause of the issue! This child has not had fever or cough or any stomach issue since our healing 2 years ago!

In the light of old research of 2019 coming out now this is very relevant! Its strange how people choose sides and their hatred for one side is so strong that it blinds them to the fact that they were on side of science and this research comes from Havard and John Hopkins!

How about rather than people, sides or media telling us what to do or what to think, we use our own discernment and focus on facts!?

Self Healing is a gift that we all are born with!

I have always maintained that my job as a healer is only to identify root of your issue and clear what stands in way of your own self healing!

If my clients has to keep coming back to me, I feel I have not done my job!

This is why I don't "sell" session packages or "advertise" as its hard to tell people how easy my healing is, how instant and lasting results are!

This is something one has to experience and once they do, through word of mouth, by them sharing their healing stories, others find me! Once who are ready for the "Miracle" and "Magic"!

I am not over confident nor am I overselling!

I am simply stating what I have humbly witnessed over past 7 years as healer! This is small list of what we released from people's Endocrine and Digestive system in the Menopause - Graceful Transition and Gut Brain Recalibration journey in past 3 months!

Most clients did both the journeys back to back and achieved phenomenal results!

I did not have an intake form, nor asked clients what issues they had, their background, medical history, test results, diets or any sort of details! No phone calls or discovery calls or marketing spiels were offered!

All I needed was their email address to send weekly 1-2 mts short healing recordings and permission to connect and work with their energy!

A client with an autoimmune condition which caused severe pain which is now history, another client lived off painkillers that lasted few hours and caused untold damage as dose had to be upped regularly., she no longer needs them!

Clients with gut issues like IBS, ulcerative colitis, fatty liver, digestive and allergy problems can now relax and enjoy food that their body craves and needs! They now know from within what nourishes them!

This is ALL I do in my healing session! Listen to what client's body is saying!

I don't need tests or diagnostic labels or list of all professionals/ practitioners/ Specialists they have been to!

Our body is our BEST FRIEND! It has served you, protected you and enabled to experience everything life has to offer!

If its in pain, its trying to tell you it cant take something anymore! Its unable to process or hold it anymore!

And what do most people do? Silence it with painkillers, suppress it with steroids or at extreme stage is cut off that part of the body and embrace a "title" and become lifelong daily drug consumer!

Over time, body becomes sicker, symptoms multiply and that dull pain becomes acute, shar, loud cry for help!

Thats where most clients find me! After they have tried everything! Natural and modern!

Learning is important but what they teach nowadays is how to become mindless consumers, technological slaves and obedient, unquestioning compliance!
True education comes from nature, from deep within you!

People have stopped listening, disconnected from feeling, always overthinking, people pleasing, waiting for external approval while shutting off inner guidance!

We are taught to live in lack, compete, always comparing with others around to find how we should feel whether we are “better or “worse” than others!!

All we need lies within us!!!

My aim as an intuitive healer has always been to empower my clients so they don't need any external element-person, test, medication, practitioner,, including me!

If my clients have to keep coming back to me, I feel I haven't done my job! ;-)

Fortunately, majority of my clients need only one single session to experience a huge shift and to my immense pleasure, many do not need me anymore!!

Few who come back, choose to come back as they need more support or something new comes up!

For the longest time I have been wanting to teach my clients a way to take charge of their own wellbeing-physical, mental, emotional and spiritual -sort of ongoing maintenance, balance and renewal!

Spring is in the air!! Colourful blossoms, fragrant flowers and warmer weather!! Smiling is almost unavoidable!

But for many of us this is a time when they feel worse, they get sick, they can’t breathe!

Suffering in silence, avoiding life or things you love, taking medication or seeking help from one natural/alternative therapist to next is not the answer!

It can help for a short term but unless the root cause is eradicated, the symptoms will keep showing up!

And as most of us are aware, a single symptoms on the outside usually means multitude of issues festering underneath!!

With growing awareness, there is reluctance to take the allergy medications, sprays, injections-which are steroids and cause way more harm than good by adversely affecting our liver and kidneys, along with long list of short and long term damage in leaves in its wake!

Antibiotics are like Atom Bombs!! They destroy everything-good and bad! And rebuilding is not as easy as popping probiotics is made out to be! And after this indiscriminate "bombing" you may get quick relief, but root of issue still remains!

Painkillers destroy brain body connection by suppressing pain signal transmitted via nerves! Ove time it weakens the nerves and damages brain's recognition of body signals! Again short term gain for long term pain!

Steroids, be it in cream, tablet, inhaler, IV or injectable form, wreak untold havoc on our filtering organs-mainly liver and kidney! Any wonder why renal failure and fatty liver seem to be on rise?!

Surgery is often another solution offered by medical world! Patients are often told you don't need this body part anymore, its not essential!

But did you know appendixes, tonsils, adenoids, uterus, gall bladder-all usual organs removed to silence symptoms, are crucial to long and healthy life?! All serve a purpose that cannot be undermined at any age!

And what to speak of post-surgery myopathy and many other conditions which makes life more painful for patients than it was before the mutilation!

These are the ONLY "solution" your offered in modern medical world, along with lifetime of daily meds and monitoring without any resolution of the condition they tag you with!

Think diabetes, thyroid, blood pressure, cholesterol, anxiety! No one ever gets to stop them or gets "cured" from them!

My humble request is to please do your homework, rather than taking my or anyone else's word!

Look at outcomes, not immediately after the intervention, but few months and down the line!

If root is not addressed, problem will come back-in same or different form!
