Where ever you look, online and offline, it's all about showing more skin, prioritising aesthetics over physical and mental health, and being more and more controversial to gather people's eyes and attention just long enough to fetch a quick like.
Coaches and PTs like myself, who don't show case their clients in tiny tops and scrunch b***y shorts, or showing off my their own bodies with minimal clothing, have a harder time securing an audience.
I personally don't care what people want to wear or how much or little they want to reveal of themselves online; you do you!
Trying to reach people online without showing skin is tough.
One might just say "suck it up, buttercup" that's how the "health"-industry works nowadays.
No-one actually cares about sustainable health advice and finding the solution that works for the individual. People want quick, shiny, tits&ass, new and exciting. Quick-fixes, for something that took years to establish. Good riddance.
