This morning in a an OT session we explored emotional regulation through social stories and a calming pouring paint exercise. Watching the colours flow and blend was such a beautiful reminder that feelings can move, mix, and settle too. 💙

I wanted to share that Lydia Cricks Therapy Practice is currently welcoming new referrals and continuing to expand services across the Moreton Bay region.
We provide occupational therapy across the lifespan, supporting children, adolescents, and adults with areas such as emotional regulation, sensory processing, developmental skills, and everyday functional independence.
If you or someone you know has been considering OT, or is currently on a waitlist, please feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to answer questions and guide you through the process.
Services are offered face-to-face within the community, bringing therapy directly to you for a more personalised and functional approach.
