Supervision That Bridges Systems and Clinical Practice

Are you looking for a supervision space that balances clinical depth with real-world business insight? Starting July 2026, I am opening registrations for private and group supervision sessions.

With over 30 years of experience in education, disability and social work, I offer a unique perspective that bridges the gap between complex systems and private practice. Having founded and managed businesses in both the education and social work fields, I understand the practicalities of the industry alongside the heart of the work.

My approach is open, honest, and deeply collaborative. Drawing on over a decade of supervisory experience, I utilise systems, feminist, and narrative models to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and challenged to grow.

Informing the Thriving Kids initiative SURVEY BELOW →

The AASW is advocating to ensure that the Thriving Kids initiative is designed to deliver positive outcomes for children, and emphasise the critical role of social workers in delivering these reforms.

We are collaborating with other allied health peak bodies to gather further evidence to identify the likely impact of Thriving Kids on participants and allied health professions and advocate for transition support. Given the fast-paced development of this initiative, there is a short window to provide input.
