Through our Relationship Based Care Model and a committed team of support professionals, we prioritise building strong connections with you and your family. This approach allows us to collaborate closely with you, identifying practical solutions that keep you engaged with the community around you. Dreams do come true ✨

Kathy had the most incredible day at Palm Beach, soaking up the magic of Home and Away and even meeting her absolute favourite character – Cash Newman! 🚔💙

From watching the filming to meeting the Summer Bay police officer himself, this was a moment Kathy will never forget. You could not wipe the smile off her face and we are so honoured to have been able to support her to do so! 😄

So special to see these experiences come to life for our participants ❤️
