Our Mission is to put the participant and community at the centre of everything we do. We empower individuals with disabilities by fostering independence, positive change, facilitating employment, promoting economic and social integration, enabling lifelong education, and ensuring access to secure housing and healthcare. We offer a variety of flexible and personalised services designed to help you live independently and securely. Our team of dedicated, qualified, and experienced support workers deliver these services. Through our Relationship Based Care Model and a committed team of support professionals, we prioritise building strong connections with you and your family. This approach allows us to collaborate closely with you, identifying practical solutions that keep you engaged with the community around you. We kicked off our event season last week at Ready-Set-Connect in Maitland, and what a way to begin the year! 🥳

What a turn out! We met so many new amazing people and businesses, and reconnected and caught up with so many of the incredible people we are fortunate to work with every day.

It was one of the busiest events we have been to and if it’s any indication to how 2026 is looking, it’s going to be a big one!

We cannot believe that the New Year is already upon us. It felt like we blinked and Christmas had come and gone!

We hope that everyone had a wonderful and safe festive season and were able to celebrate with loved ones. We hope that the New Year brings exciting new opportunities and adventures🤩

The team at Therapeutic Support are so excited to be welcoming in the New Year with our incredible participants, and gearing up to continue to support them to smash their goals💪
