We have extensive experience in the post-operative management of the shoulder, elbow and hand and liaise regularly with a number of Orthopaedic surgeons both in the Newcastle and Sydney area. We are able to treat a variety of shoulder conditions including impingement, rotator cuff injuries, shoulder dislocation, frozen shoulder and osteoarthritis and traumatic injuries to the arm and hand. Our therapists provide a thorough examination of each individual condition and can prescribe tailored exercise programs, as well as hands on treatment, and splinting if required. We aim to focus on self-management strategies where possible. We have a range of ready-made splints and are able to fabricate custom made splints for the various conditions mentioned above.
