Who even needs a program anyway?

Call it a program, call it a plan, call it a roadmap. If you have a goal, having a clear, step by step on how to get there is essential

As the saying goes - If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

So, if you're trying to achieve a health, rehab or performance goal, you absolutely will benefit from a program that gradually exposes you to increased loads, range of motion and complexity

A flare-up can feel like a setback, but it usually isn’t a re-injury.

More often, it’s a temporary increase in sensitivity.

With the right adjustments, movement can stay safe and recovery can keep moving forward.

Wellllll…..

Step 1: Try it
Step 2: Fail it
Step 3: Laugh at ourselves
Step 4: Get the team’s opinion (and better options)
Step 5: Ask “Would I give this to a client… even if I can’t do it?”
Step 6: Decide yes… or absolutely not 😅
Step 7: Giggle to ourselves while practising it…
   then confidently demonstrate it when a client says
   “Hey Jess… how do I do this??”

Rest assured we don’t prescribe anything we wouldn’t trial ourselves
(even if we can’t do it perfectly; buttttt we believe in you 💪)

Because exercise should be specific, tried, and evidence-based; not just another fancy move from Instagram.
