🌟 Active Inclusive: Empowering Participants for the Workforce! 🌟

At Active Inclusive, we’re all about providing outcome-driven programs tailored to each participant's goals and interests. Our SLES (School Leaver Employment Supports) and disability employment program are designed to build skills and confidence, ensuring participants are ready for the workforce in a fun, supportive, and educational environment. 💪

Participants will gain hands-on experience in our specially designed café and disability programs, giving them the chance to take on active and diverse roles each week. 🌱 Plus, they can earn certificates in Food Handling, Barista, Personal Training, and Community Services! (Note: some certificates may have additional costs).

🚀 Key Program Elements: 💵 Money Handling – Manage finances and learn how to handle transactions in the café, plus bank visits and personal account lessons. ⏰ Time Management – From balancing café orders to staying on schedule at work, participants will master time management. 🗣️ Communication – Learn to communicate with coworkers, customers, and supervisors while managing emotions and resolving workplace conflicts. 💡 Discovery Activities – Explore different career paths, activities, and personal strengths through interactions with community members. 💻 Job Readiness – Search for jobs, develop resumes, practice interviews, and learn what to wear to work. 🚍 Independent Travel – Get familiar with bus schedules, traveling routines, and road safety. 🌱 Personal Development – Build confidence, set professional goals, explore healthy habits, and improve decision-making skills.
