Red Frog for Families is an allied health service, based in Newcastle, NSW. We support our families with a range of therapies including; Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Community Access, Behaviour Support, Allied Health Assistance, Assessments, Telehealth, Intensives and School Holiday Social Programs. Our multidisciplinary team of therapists work with people of all ages and disabilities, from paediatrics to adolescents and adults with developmental, behavioural and learning disabilities. Based in Broadmeadow, we provide services to local communities and surrounding areas including Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Belmont, Charlestown, Cardiff, Kotara, the Hunter Region and rural New South Wales.

📢 Exciting news from Red Frog for Families! 🐸💚 Psychology appointments are now available - and we currently have NO WAITLIST!
We’re now welcoming referrals for children, adolescents, and adults, with our experienced psychology team ready to support a wide range of needs, including:

🌟Emotional or behavioural dysregulation
🌟Worry or overwhelm
🌟Attention or sensory differences
🌟Challenges in relationships or identity development
🌟Grief and loss
🌟Family stress

🧩 NDIS Participants
Have an NDIS plan that includes psychology? We accept Capacity Building supports under Improved Daily Living or Improved Relationships.
Our psychologists work alongside participants to build functional capacity, independence, emotional regulation, social skills, and meaningful participation in daily life.

💼 We also welcome Medicare, DCJ, and private-paying clients.

📝 Please note: At this stage we are offering therapy services only and not diagnostic assessments. If you are seeking a diagnostic assessment, you're welcome to contact us to be put on a waitlist.

Red Frog for Families Honey at the Maitland Show! 🍯🐝
We’re excited to share that our honey has been officially entered into the Maitland Show, running from Friday 13th through to Sunday 15th February. The honey will be judged by experienced judges on clarity, colour, aroma and presentation, and all entries will be proudly displayed in the Honey Pavilion across the show weekend. It’s great to see Red Frog for Families represented again alongside other Big Buzz schools and local producers.
If any families are heading to the show, be sure to pop into the Honey Pavilion and look out for Red Frog for Families' entry. 🐸
