β’ Recent fractures, surgery, or major injuries π¦΄
β’ Active cancer treatment (unless doctor approved)
β’ First trimester of pregnancy π€°

β’ Pregnancy (after 3 months) β gentle positions only πΈ
β’ Elderly or osteoporosis β soft pressure only π΅
β’ Diabetes β careful with feet and fragile skin π£
β’ Varicose veins β avoid direct pressure on veins
