It’s been a long winter!
I’m not sure about you, but I’ve felt it this season,
☁️ Low motivation
☁️ Low energy
☁️ Variable mood

And you know what… it’s OK.

This winter has been about practicing what I preach:
🔹Nourishing food
🔸Intentional connection
🔹Mindfulness, rest & acceptance
🔸Gentle movement
🔹Sunshine (when it shows!)
🔸Supportive, personalised supplements
🔹Blood tests to rule out other factors
🔸And letting go of anything “extra” that isn’t urgent or important (you may have noticed I’ve been on socials less).

When you’re also navigating a chronic illness, the season can feel even heavier. So here’s your reminder: it’s OK if you’ve struggled too. It won’t last forever.

🌱 Reach out for the support you need
🌱 Focus on the basics — nutrition, sleep, sunshine
🌱 Get a check-up to rule out anything underlying

One thing I’ve learned from my journey with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS)?

Medical appointments can be a LOT!

Trying to list all of your symptoms, explain what’s going on for the 100th time, remembering what they tell you… and doing it all through brain fog?
It’s exhausting.

That’s why its SO important that you:

‼️ Set up your appointments to reduce overwhelm (not add to it)

Here are a few things that can help:
💙 Keep a notebook to write down symptoms & questions
💙 Ask for a written summary after your appointment
💙 Use a symptom tracker so you’re not relying on memory
💙 Bring someone with you when possible

If you're living with one of these conditions, I want to take a moment to say: I see you.

Not just the diagnosis but the daily struggle, the invisible symptoms, and the things you’ve had to let go of that no one else quite understands.💔

This day is important to me…not just professionally, but personally too.

I’ve lived through my own health journey with chronic fatigue and pain. I know what it's like to feel dismissed, to grieve the life you thought you'd have, and to live inside a body that just won't cooperate.🛌🌀😔

And I also know how powerful it can be to work with someone who gets it! Who won’t question your reality or try to “fix” you with a quick solution.

As a naturopath and nutritionist, I now work with people navigating ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, and post-viral conditions like long COVID. I support people who feel stuck, unheard, or unsure where to start.
