But deep down, you know this isn’t how life was meant to feel.

That’s the heart of the Mind Body Soul Women’s Wellness Retreat — three nights designed to care for your nervous system, restore your body, and remind you that you don’t have to do it all alone.
You’ll be guided by an incredible circle of women, each bringing their own medicine:

Bereaved mother, trauma survivor, photographer, marketer, and retreat host. Laura has lived through burnout, grief, and CPTSD, and created this retreat to offer women the restoration she once craved herself.

Relationships Counsellor + Emotional Intelligence Coach. Emma will guide workshops on burnout recovery, emotional intelligence, and nervous system care, bringing over a decade of experience supporting women to rebuild steady, self-compassionate lives.

Karen will hold a Reiki Women’s Circle on our first morning together — a powerful space to let down your guard, open your heart, and arrive fully into the weekend.

Chloe will lead a Breathwork Journey designed to release what you’ve been carrying, reconnect you to your body, and help you find clarity and ease.

Anneke will guide a Sound Bath that follows directly after breathwork, combining breath + vibration to restore calm from the inside out.
✨
Elizabeth will lead a morning Pilates flow to help you arrive fully in your body, strong yet grounded, ready to sink into the experience.
✨ Nourishing meals will be prepared across the weekend by our private chef, .
