Dr Stuart Hooper works with both inpatient and outpatients at The Sydney Clinic and is a consultant psychiatrist.
A Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry, addiction medicine specialist, Fellow of the Australasian Chapter of Addiction Medicine, Royal Australasian College of Physicians. He holds a Masters of Psychoanalytic Studies from Deakin University.

Patients can trust in Dr Hooper's exceptional qualifications, vast experience, and dedication to patient care. He is committed to working closely with his patients to better understand their mental health needs and provide the best possible outcomes through his expertise and compassionate approach.

Dr Farzaan Mehta (MBBS, FRANZCP) is a consultant Psychiatrist with experience in the management of a variety of psychiatric conditions.

Having joined The Sydney Clinic - Consulting Suites in 2024, Dr Mehta has been a fantastic addition to the team working with our facility.

Dr Mehta provides high quality psychiatric care with an emphasis on comprehensive, holistic, and collaborative treatment to help her patients achieve optimal mental health and well-being.

Dr Mehta is available to assess and manage diverse patient presentations from ages 17 to 65 years.
Dr Mehta is available for inpatient and outpatient referrals.

We are delighted to share that we have reached an in-principle agreement with the Australian Health Service Alliance (AHSA) that ensures its members continue to be covered when attending one of our hospitals.

This agreement means AHSA fund members will not need to pay any additional fees.

We're pleased to announce that today we have confirmed a new two year in-principle funding agreement with Bupa.

The agreement will ensure that Bupa patients can continue to receive care and treatment at our hospitals across the country without any additional out of pocket charges.

This agreement will give certainty to our staff, doctors and Bupa customers.

We're looking forward to continuing our partnership with Bupa, working together to deliver outstanding patient care and collaborating on initiatives to support the long term sustainability of our sector.

Healthscope now has new agreements with four of Australia’s five major insurance groups – Bupa, Medibank, NIB, HCF. Our notice of contract termination with the Australian Health Service Alliance (AHSA) funds remains in place, effective from 4 March 2025.
