🌟 I am so happy to announce that I am accepting bookings again 🌟

After enjoying one of the most rewarding and challenging times - yeap, I am talking about the first few months with a baby, I am sure a lot of you can relate - I finally feel ready to go back doing what I love so much, look after all the most amazing and strong ladies I know - yeap, you are one of them! 🤩

I am ready and excited to be back driving around, listening to all your stories while you relax and get those muscles some well-deserved attention.

In the beginning, I am offering my services on Monday, Friday and Sunday (thanks to childcare, I only got 2 days, but as soon as I have more days available, I'll update this information), from 10:30am to 2:30pm.

Options available:
• 60 minutes Remedial Massage: $125.00
• 90 Minutes Remedial Massage: $152.00

I can't wait to see everyone again and welcome new ladies. 🌟

🌿 Starting my maternity leave today! :D

🌟Another big change at FIKA.

🌿From today, 01/07/2022, I start my maternity leave and I feel quite emotional, to be honest.

🌿I am so happy and excited to live this new chapter of my life, to dedicate my time to all things Maria and to be my best version but I am also already missing all my beautiful clients, the time I spend with you all and all the beautiful and deep conversations we have.

🌿This is a unique time for my family, our very first baby is arriving soon and for now, I am focusing on the good part.

🌿Safe to say FIKA will be always on my mind and I already have plans to bring new and exciting treatments & products once I am ready to start looking after all my beautiful and strong clients. I'll announce a date as soon as I feel ready.

☆ How it will work: Book a 60 or 90 minutes session and receive an extra 10 minutes extension 😃💆🏻‍♀️ and because we all have different needs, choose from 3 options on how you would like to spend the extra time 😉

💫 Starting the last week of Mobile Massage. 🥺🥲

💫 I can't express how much I love mobile massage - providing the best treatment and making my beautiful clients relax without having to leave the comfort of their home. I truly love this.

💫 with that being said - I am not stopping just yet. Remedial Massage still available for booking but now from Brookfield.

💫 I am available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

• Every treatment is special and even when I am working under a company, other than FIKA, my goal is to make my clients feel looked after and that I put all the energy I could to provide an amazing treatment.

• This Saturday was my last day working for Sense of Self and It was an amazing journey. What a beautiful place - It will be my inspiration for when FIKA grows 💫

April has been an emotional and physically tiring month. I am preparing myself to change a few things at FIKA and with the changes comes a lot of uncertainty.

But one thing remains, I still fell lucky and honoured to look after so many kind and thoughtful womens.

From the special way I am greeted everytime "Hello, my favourite person" (that's how one of my clients greets me 💚) to all the special hugs, kind words and happy faces after the treatment to even pampering me, like in this picture. Yesterday I was gift with a very special Easter cake 💚

I work with what I love and I can say that I do have the best clients in the world.

Thank you for making me do happy and allowing me to look after you. 💚

New challenges will start soon and one thing I know for sure. If you put your heart and soul in something you love It will flow. 💫

My happy face after getting a massage treatment and also after realising I am fully booked in April 🤯.

This year has been full of amazing surprises.💫

I already started a waitlist for April so just send me a message and I'll update you in case anything changes.

April is the last month I am offering mobile treatments this year, from May onwards I am only available from FIKA, in Brookfield (for an amazing cause)

As always, thank you sooooo much for your support, from trusting in me to look after yourself- I love what I do and meeting such amazing women is an honour.

Happy Woman's Day 🏆 with double celebration at FIKA 💚

To celebrate all the strong and beautiful women I met throughout my journey I took some courage and created my very own special product. 💫

With in mind all the challenges we go through, my main message while working and talking with my clients is that I want them to feel comfortable on their skin - the one they have now, not the one they had or they want one day.

And for this reason, I created a Himalayan Pink Salt Scrub to pamper my beautiful clients so they can look after themselves, even when I am not around. 💫

I will speak more about the product later, today I just want to say how amazing and inspiring you all are.

I am super proud to be a woman and I am super proud of all the women I met.

🌿 Massage Availability update :)

•During March and April I have availability on Saturday, which gives you the opportunity to book in for a couples treatment or just for yourself - I know it can be hard to find some spare time during the week due to a busy schedule and I've been quite busy with my regular clients as well, which can make a bit tricky to book in for couples treatment.

•4 Saturdays that I am working at FIKA:

☆05 March - Fully booked with 2 lucky couples treatment.
☆19 March - 2 spots available (1 lucky couple already took the morning spot).
☆26 March - Available :)
☆30 April - Available :)

●From May onwards there will a slight change on how I operate my business - more info on that coming soon.

●For those of you that might not be aware, normally I work for a beautiful spa in Collingwood on Saturdays, but as I am casual at the place my availability varies so if you want to make the best of your weekend, just send me a message and book yourself in for a well-deserved me-time!

●My availability during the week stays the same: Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays!

💫Welcome to FIKA💫

Fika means a time (place) to slown down and appreciate the good things in life (to celebrate yourself)

I started working with massage as soon as I started the Remedial Massage course in 2018. I bought a massage table to train on my husband and kind friends. 💚

My very first client besides my friends & family circle was a beautiful lady in St Kilda and I used to charge $30/hour. What a beautiful time I had.

After that I worked for a few places until I decided it was time to invest in FIKA and in what I believe. 😍 No regrets.

💫 A lot of exciting things are happening this year 🙌🏻 and I wanted to update you all on my availability.

💫 To book a massage is pretty simple at the moment, you just send me a message and we work it out the best date & time and if it will be at FIKA or a mobile treatment. (alternatively, you can also book through Blys - link in BIO)

💫 Apart from the massage, I am also studying Aromatherapy 2 days a week (and planning to bring a lot of content in this topic! 😃) and on Saturday, I am doing something pretty exciting that I'll post about pretty soon. 🙃

💫 So, after all this explanation, the days I am focused in providing the best massage treatments are:

● Monday: 8am to 7pm
● Tuesday: 8am to 7pm
● Friday: 8am to 7pm

Yep, Sundays are my days off ❣️😉

This time last year I completed my specialisation in pregnancy and postnatal massage with Pregnancy Massage Australia. 💫

I first got into massage because I wanted to have a time for myself and feel I was doing something for me, rewarding myself for everything I do and go through. (Life happens with many challenges, right?! 💪🏻💚)

After falling in love with massage and its benefits, I decide it was time to switch careers and work with something that would make my heart sparkle.

In 2018, I started the Remedial Massage course and since then, I haven't stopped learning.
