A residential life skills program for women in need, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Destiny Haven is a live-in long term residential program for women with life controlling issues - where emotional, spiritual, social, psychological and practical needs are dealt with - enabling them to begin to hope for a future where their pasts are left where they belong. Our program is individualised and each woman is encouraged to work at their own pace without comparing herself to others. In an environment of love and acceptance, women find they are able to trust again or maybe for the first time in their lives. The Diamond Collection is the boutique range of quality goods handmade with love and care by the women who are residents at Destiny Haven. The collection includes an exclusive chocolate range made with the finest Belgian Callebaut® chocolate, exquisite gourmet condiments and preserves made predominantly with fruit and vegetables grown on our property or locally sourced, unique jewellery pieces made using dichroic glass and semi precious stones and handmade bags available in a unique variety of patterns. The Diamond Collection is operated as a social enterprise to generate income to fund service delivery and, as importantly, provide employability skills training opportunities for clients.

I am grateful for the journey that began at Destiny Haven.

It wasn't just practical tools I found there. It was people. Community. A family I had longed for my whole life. People who truly saw me and didn't want to hurt me. People who let my heart soften.

Now, my husband and I are stepping into parenthood. We carry everything we learned then into this new season, and we're passing it on. Our foundation is in Christ alone. He is the chain breaker. The one who reaches into our deepest pain, brings it into the light, and heals it.

I give God all the glory.

My heart's desire for my son is simple and profound. That he would embrace faithfulness, compassion, and a life of serving others. That one day he would hear his parents' story and understand he is part of something much bigger. A story of redemption and grace that started long before he arrived, and continues through him.

This week at Destiny Haven, the women gathered for our Dream Giver group, reflecting on the teaching of Bruce Wilkinson. Together, we're learning that God-given dreams take courage, faith, and a willingness to step beyond the familiar.

In this space, women are rediscovering purpose, challenging the lies that held them back, and beginning to believe again that the dream God planted in them is still alive. Because freedom isn't just about leaving the past behind, it's about stepping into the future God has prepared 🩵
