I was able to attend Echkart Tolle’s presentation last week.

I’d have to say that when I first read the Power of Now… about 4 years ago now? Reading that book quite literally β€œflipped a switch” in my mind and body and helped shape my path to who I am today.

There were many things he said that night that not only inspired me (again) but reminded me of why I do what I do.

He said, β€œThe world is here to make you conscious, by facing the challenges. Awakening doesn’t happen in the β€˜comfort zone’, where sleepiness happens”.

Thanks Eckhart for reinforcing everything I’ve wholeheartedly known. Amazing human being with a great sense of humour!

Hi! Proper introduction incoming!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​I realised I never really officially introduced myself. Some of you have met me in person, but there are also some new followers.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​My name is Houng T. Aka Dr. T Hypnotherapy. It's pronounced is 'Hon'. Yep it's one of those names that you wouldn't be able to pronounce unless you were there at my birth!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
- Who am I?: I am a Melbourne Clinical Hypnotherapist, Hypnoenergetics Practitioner, Medical Intuitive and PhD in medical sciences. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
- What do I offer? I offer traditional and energetic hypnotherapy, integrated with medical intuitive tools that include crystal healing, sound toning and chakra healing.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
- How did I get here? My life experiences led me to the world of alternative medicine, predominantly in the last 5 years. So I've had a crash course in rediscovering myself, my intuitive nature. This coincidentally allowed me to continuing and pursuing my interest on how our body and mind work together. Since completing my PhD in cancer research, I always had a passion for understanding how the human body works as a whole. When I discovered hypnotherapy, it filled in a lot of gaps about how the body and mind work.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
- Biggest Life Lesson: Life should be a balance. Life is meant to be experienced. Whether it is 'good', 'bad' and 'indifferent'.​​​​​​​​
- What drives me right now: Guiding you to understand that the answers you seek, are already within you. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
