Super star client ❤️💚🧡 has been seeing me for over 15 years . I want to be like a Richie when I grow up 😉. She does Pilates twice a week to keep mobile and reduce pain . She can do things that others 15-20 years younger than her can’t do , make that 30 years younger . Exercise is the key to a long, happy life.

Simple Spine mobility with Mermaid .

Mobilise the spine, activate latissimus dorsi and serratus anterior to support the shoulder girdle, neck and head . Also stretches thoracic and lumbar muscles . ❤️

I’m still here practicing on the northern beaches . I’m in the lovely Freshwater Wellness Centre. I’ve been practicing as a Remedial Massage Therapist and Studio Pilates Instructor on the beaches for 20 years . I love it , my clients are amazing , I’m not going anywhere ❤️❤️❤️
