We are proud to announce that Mells Care has officially relocated to our new office! 🎉

📍 New Address:
Level 1, 2 Tournament Drive, Brookwater
(Brookwater Village – above BWS & Woolworths)

This move marks another exciting milestone in our journey, and we couldn’t be more grateful for our dedicated staff, participants, and community who have made this possible. 💙

Our new office will be open:
🕗 Monday to Friday
⏰ 8:00am – 4:00pm

We look forward to welcoming you at our new location and continuing to provide the highest level of care and support.

We are incredibly proud to share that Mells Care has been nominated for the Professional Service Award by the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce! 🎉

Last night, our Director Mel and Cara from People and Culture had the honour of attending the nomination ceremony and accepting this recognition on behalf of our entire team.

This nomination is a true reflection of what Mells Care stands for, a commitment to providing exceptional, personalised care to everyone involved in our service and to our wider community.

We are humbled and grateful to be acknowledged among so many outstanding professionals, and we will continue striving to make a positive impact every single day.

What’s in it for you?

• Great Pay: $43.23/hr (Casual rate under SCHADs award)

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
• Current First Aid & CPR certification

• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Class C open driver’s license
• Comprehensive Care Insurance & registered vehicle
• 100 Points of ID
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in a disability support role (highly desirable)

This month, we honour the strength, resilience, and diverse experiences of people with disabilities. Disability Pride Month is not only a time to celebrate identity, community, and achievements it's also a powerful reminder of the importance of inclusion, accessibility, and equality for all.

Disability is a natural part of the human experience. It is something to be respected and uplifted not pitied or hidden. We stand in solidarity with those advocating for greater representation, rights, and recognition.
