Whenever someone asks me how will they know if the Bach flowers are working, I invariably answer ‘it all depends…’ If you are sensitive to the subtle emotional shifts, or notice how your usual reactions to a familiar situation become a more considered response, or someone close to you comments that you are, for example, less impatient/critical and more patient/tolerant… then any or all of these can be indicative of your Bach flower mix is working for you.
