Milliya Rumurra Aboriginal Corporation is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Substance Misuse Service. All our programs are based on the principles of “harm minimisation”. We have a proud history of responding to the alcohol and drug needs of the community. Our purpose is to help community members and their families affected by alcohol and drugs achieve their full potential.

After Hours / Weekend Female Support Worker/ Carer (Casual/ Fill in as required).

The above position is based at both our main facility on the Great Northern Highway (just after the Morrell Park turn off) and at the Sober Up Shelter on Wattle Drive.

What you need to have:

• Previous experience in similar positions (Aged care, Disability support work etc).

• A manual driver’s license (Mandatory LR class).

• Working with Children’s Check

• Current Police clearance.
