Wow Sisters off to Ladies Day at the races. How beautiful do they looked?
Our Wow Sisters program bring women together to celebrate friendships whilst enjoying new experiences💕🐎. A big shoutout to Sushi Ichiban who made us a delicious box of sushi for our wow sisters to enjoy… you guys are so thoughtful!!

Last week, we had our first yoga therapy session at the amphitheatre of Cable Beach. We walked to the meeting point together from Broome North. 💪
This customised yoga therapy program will continue for 6 months to improve our flexibility, posture and to help regulate our emotions. 🙏😌
This service is provided by Lea Point Studio . Moving our bodies in the morning makes us feel energetic and happy.

This morning we went for a bike ride around Roebuck Estate. It was great to ride our bikes together.

Then we went to Cable Beach House cafe to celebrate Alica's birthday. At the cafe we discussed communication and empathy.

Today the WOW Sister's made delicious Rice Paper Rolls with roast pork and salad inside. These were a tasty lunch after a great morning swimming at BRAC followed by a hot drink at the TAFE Cafe.

The WOW Sisters enjoyed a glorious morning at the world famous Cable Beach today. First, we had some delicious drinks at Cable Beach House and created some art about what makes us feel happy and grateful. Then we had a stroll down the steps to get a photo in front of high tide!
Then it was on to the Big Blue Mat for some chia seed pudding with fresh fruits.
The Big Blue Mat sessions will be a regular occurrence now that it is the dry season. We will be sharing and practicing connecting with communication skills, and welcoming passers by for a chat.
