Do you know if you're thriving or solely surviving?

๐Ÿ’œLife has most likely not been fair to you up to this point. Your past trauma, limitations, and circumstances are all REAL. Trust me, In understand! ๐Ÿ’œ

However, the reality is...

If you are feeling "stuck" or "unmotivated," you may have subconsciously chosen to live your life as a victim of your circumstances. However, you do have the freedom to live the life you want, but you have to make some changes.

Of course, there are times in our lives when we are living in survival mode and we tend to take each day for granted and putting one foot in front of the other is as much as we can expect to achieve๐Ÿ’œ

Our survival energy becomes tedious and difficult to maintain. This is a place I'm familiar with, it's a difficult place to be when we know life can be good and we have a lot of potential within us.

By strengthening your mind and body, you can take a risk and participate actively in life.

Imposter Syndrome is a psychological term referring to someone who believes they do not deserve all of the success they have achieved and worked hard for โœจ

It can cause mental and physical symptoms that make you unable to function, as well as worry and stress about something all the time.

It is a self-doubt pattern that can cause anxiety, stress, and missed opportunities.
Understanding how you feel and how much this syndrome affects you is only the first step towards healing โ˜˜๏ธ

Remember that you are deserving. Take a deep breath, look back, and appreciate everything you've accomplished and worked hard for.

โœจ I've always been a down-to-earth, matter-of-fact fixer of problems..

"Kinesiology has given me the gift of self-awareness and acceptance."

I studied Kinesiology at Kinesiology Schools Australia and opened my first Kinesiology clinic in 2008, despite having two small children, running a farm, and another business with my husband.

Since then, I've had the privilege of assisting hundreds of people in improving their lives, which is the most rewarding feeling ๐Ÿ˜‡

I am highly passionate about what I do, and every day I pinch myself to remind myself that I am incredibly fortunate to be doing what I enjoy.

I was forced to temporarily close my clinic in Broome, Western Australia, due to COVID. As a result, I needed to find new ways to show people my work, so I began offering Zoom appointments.

To my utter surprise, the change was highly positive, as was the feedback from the Zoom appointments. As a result, I've decided to offer packages online to help people worldwide... ๐Ÿ’œ

Cleanses and fad diets can be stressful on your body, so it is vital to work out a plan that works uniquely for you. We are all different, so it is unlikely that an โ€œoff the shelfโ€ solution will be the most effective and efficient solution for you.

โœ… We're always looking for elaborate ways to "hack" our health, when the real solution may be as simple as proper nutrition, learning to handle stress better and getting adequate rest.

In some way or another, we've all been there.

โœ…The reality is that motherhood is a life-long journey with both good and challenging days...and we can sometimes find ourselves in challenging and overwhelming situations.

After 20 years of helping others, I've come to realize that every small change we make to reduce stress is critical to our overall well-being.
We frequently spend ๐’‚ ๐’๐’๐’• ๐’๐’‡ ๐’•๐’Š๐’Ž๐’† ๐’ƒ๐’†๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ ๐’„๐’“๐’Š๐’•๐’Š๐’„๐’‚๐’ ๐’๐’‡ ๐’๐’–๐’“๐’”๐’†๐’๐’—๐’†๐’”.
I believe we do this because we are taught from birth (correctly or incorrectly) that we must strive to be better, faster, stronger, kinder, and so on. However, we frequently overdo it in this regard.
One way to change this is to recognize our accomplishments and give ourselves a quick pat on the back or "good on me.๐Ÿ˜‡"
I can assure you that your head will not swell or tickets will fly off your shoulders as you walk outside, but you will gradually begin to notice what you do well rather than focusing on what you don't do well.

Overthinking your ideas and actions can harm your productivity and mental health. Life is a rainbow of colours, but we often get stuck in the middle!!
And it is at this point that we become entrapped in thought loops.
And by over-analyzing and over-thinking, we end up shooting ourselves!!
You can't calm the storm, so stop trying to do so. You can help yourself by remaining calm. Relax by taking a deep breath.
Here are four tips to help you declutter your mind and get back on track whenever you find yourself overthinking.

โœ…Discuss your ideas with a trusted person and get their feedback.

โœ…Visualise the outcome of your actions or ideas to help you stay on track.

โœ…Get busy! Idleness fosters overthinking. If you find yourself in that phase again, get busy. Do something you enjoy to distract yourself.

โœ…Brain unload: Set a timer and think. Listen to yourself sometimes. Listening and taking notes from your brain unload session may provide valuable insights.
