✔️ 2.5–5 hours of moderate intensity OR 75–150 mins of vigorous intensity each week
✔️ plus strength exercises at least twice weekly
✔️ and limit sitting time daily

If you’ve been inactive, start slow and build up — it’s never too late. An Accredited Exercise Physiologist (4-year university trained!) will create an individual plan based on your health, goals and lifestyle. No GP referral needed.
