Unpopular opinion…You’re just being lazy!
“I’ll be back when I can commit”.
Commit to what? The best version of yourself? What we waiting for?
“I need a break until I find motivation again”.
Good luck with that, motivation is an emotion. It comes and goes just like any other emotion. Motivation is found in consistent effort.
“I’m in a funk mentally, I’ll be back when I feel better”.
Research has proven beyond a doubt that there is no better treatment for poor mental health than exercise. Get moving to feel better.
“My food choices have slipped so I feel to crap to train”.
Correct! S**t food makes you feel like s**t but training reminds you daily to stay on track with your decisions to nourish your body + mind.
“I just can’t wake up in the morning, I have no energy”.
Exercise = increased energy. I call bulls**t, stop pressing snooze + scrolling late at night.
“I’m injured I need to cancel”.
Again, I call bulls**t! Evolve has something for everyone + our coaches are always more than happy to support you to work around injuries.
“I can’t afford it at the moment”.
Spends $200 on a night out drinking. Usually the same clients complaining about their mental health.
“I’ve put on weight, I’m embarrassed to come back”.
This one I totally get but Evolve is the most supportive community you’ll ever find! We offer a totally judgement free environment. I don’t tolerate anything but encouragement + you feeling safe. So what if you’ve gained a few kgs? So what if you need to start over? We got you!
