: The NRL has issued Queensland Rugby League with a $30,000 fine for having 14 men on the field for 30 seconds during Game I of on Wednesday night.

The breach occurred 18 minutes into the match, when the Maroons' Lindsay Collins entered the field to replace an injured Tom Gilbert.

The QRL has five business days to respond to the notice.
