Recipe: Chicken Coffee Pepper

Chicken coffee pepper is a dish made with chicken that is seasoned with a blend of coffee and black pepper. This unique flavor combination can create a savory and slightly bitter taste, with a hint of sweetness from the coffee.
To make chicken coffee pepper, you would typically start by seasoning the chicken with a blend of freshly ground coffee beans and black pepper. The chicken can then be cooked in a variety of ways, such as grilled, baked, or pan-seared, depending on your preference.
The resulting dish can be served with a variety of sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. Some recipes may also incorporate additional spices or ingredients, such as garlic or paprika, to enhance the flavor of the dish even further.
Chicken coffee pepper can be a great option for those looking for a unique and flavorful twist on traditional chicken dishes.

Here is a list of ingredients commonly used to make chicken coffee pepper:
* Chicken pieces (bone-in or boneless)
* Ground coffee
* Black pepper
* Salt
* Garlic powder
* Onion powder
* Paprika
* Crushed chilly
* Mix Herbs
* Garam Masala
* Olive oil or vegetable oil (for cooking)
* Lemon Juice
* Chaat Masala

Note that the exact measurements and proportions of these ingredients may vary depending on the recipe or personal preference. It's also possible to add other spices or herbs to the mix, such as cumin, thyme, or rosemary, to enhance the flavor profile of the dish.

Here is methods and measurements:

* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1/4 cup ground coffee
* 2 tablespoons black pepper
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/2 teaspoon cumin
* 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
* 1/2 teaspoon mix herbs
* 1/4 teaspoon crushed chilly
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the ground coffee, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a large zip-top bag and add the spice mixture. Seal the bag and shake it until the chicken is evenly coated with the spices. Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight).
3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
4. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Alternatively, you can use pan and can cook using bit of oil and once its done, take iron net and grill for few seconds both side to give smokey flavour.
6. Let the chicken rest for a few seconds, add lemon and chaat masala before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
