Training Combat classes:
It's a class which offers a mix of explosive movement based in ancient martial arts, a cardio workout with fantastic music. Martial Art like Karate, Muay Thai, Tae kondo, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu and Capoeira, all of these, are ancestral auto defensive movement, therefore, they are in our genome, tus, they are natural and easy to learn and follow, all this, with exciting music that makes you feel like Rocky Balboa punching or as Jean-Claude Van Damme kicking or as a Samurai with his Catana, or as Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean, or as a Brazilian native making Capoeira on the Ipanema Beach
