Thank you to everyone who supported our Kickstarter.

Whether you pledged, shared the campaign, sent us a message, or followed along, it genuinely means a lot.

Bjørn started as a simple idea, to bring a Nordic sauna experience to the river here in Bruns. Seeing people connect with that idea has been a huge encouragement for us.

For now, we’re taking a moment to review everything, work through the next steps properly, and make sure any decisions we make are the right ones for the project long term.

It’s live!

We’ve officially launched the BJØRN Floating Sauna Kickstarter.

BJØRN is our vision for a wood fired floating sauna in Brunswick Heads, a place to slow down, warm up, cold plunge, and experience a bit of the sauna culture that inspired us so much while living in Norway.

This campaign is a big step in helping us actually build it. If you want to support the project, we’d love for you to back it, share it, or send it to someone who’d love the idea.

BJØRNº Floating Sauna is founded by Stephen and Thea, partners in life and in vision. Rooted in the rich sauna culture of Scandinavia and inspired by the beauty of Australia’s waterways, BJØRN was created to bring people closer. To nature, to themselves and to each other. Starting with our very first location on the Brunswick Heads river.
