Hi! 🌸✨
I’m Amanda,
A little about me.
I’m a mother, fully qualified NLMM facilitator, meditation and workshop guide among many other things.
I love the natural world, the inner world and traversing this human experience in the most authentic and open hearted way possible. I’m always leaning in to the next edge while also staying in presence to appreciate and experience the magic and power of each moment. (Most of the time :) )
The renegotiation of trauma has been part of my inner journey, consciously, for well over a decade. After falling into many “pseudo spiritual” treatments, which all had their purpose in some respect but never really aided lasting change, I discovered Non Linear Movement and was instantly drawn to it. My discovery of NLMM was followed by a major life challenge and well, trauma. The timing was perfect, I dived straight in and found there to be such integrity in the method, so much research and long term study that I felt safe enough to meet it (and myself) fully!
The lasting change and relief that I have experienced and continue to experience - (NLMM is now a daily practise) has changed my life forever.
In my personal jounrey, NLMM has released trauma permanently from my body and nervous system where the same triggers that before rendered me overwhelmed, depressed, anxious and lost, now not only show up less in my life anyway but have no hold on me and I can respond from a place of empowerment and groundedness.
Not only is NLM an amazing tool for renegotiating trauma but also for sensitising to what is actually there, what the body is trying to say.
For me and countless others who have experienced this world wide method, as an effective way to expand and resensitise the body to what is actually there and meet and experience sensual aliveness in everyday life are now also living the benefits of NLM.
Some of these benefits include being able to call in what you desire in your life, sensitise your body to good experiences like pleasure, joy and love and release trauma and tension from your body. Not to mention, a way to regulate your nervous system in the face of any stressful challenge.
