Are you seeking a yoga class that is gentle, slow and supportive?

🧘‍♀️This 9-week Yoga Foundation Series has been designed to develop and improve:
• Strength and flexibility
• Structural integrity and posture
• Emotional resilience and mental calm
• Energy levels, sleep and digestion
• nervous system regulation

☮️Each week we explore a new human movement pattern, layering teachings and deepening your practice.

👌All levels of experience are welcome – and numbers are capped for extra attention.
