As a chiropractor, we see firsthand how this simple practice can make a world of difference. Deep breathing can significantly improve both your physical and mental health, helping you feel better and handle stress more effectively. Give it a try and notice the change!

How do I Practice Deep Breathing?? ⬇️
Find a Comfortable Position: Sit or lie down in a comfortable position with your back straight. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
Inhale Deeply: Breathe in slowly through your nose, letting your abdomen expand as you fill your lungs with air. 🌬️
Hold the Breath: Hold the breath for a few seconds (3-5 seconds). ⏱️
Exhale Slowly: Exhale slowly through your mouth, letting your abdomen deflate and your lungs empty completely. 🌫️
Repeat: Keep this cycle going for several minutes, focusing on the rhythm of your breath and the feeling of relaxation. 🌿
