After 26 years of working with women, I’ve learned that one of the biggest threats to vitality isn’t hormones or stress, it’s losing the sense that you matter.

In my work at Vitality Clinic, “mattering” is one of the most profound, and often overlooked , aspects of health.

It belongs to two of the Seven Pillars of the Vitality Protocol:

I’ve been quietly building this while writing my book, This Is Perimenopause.

I want to share something really exciting with you.

For the last three years, I’ve been running my online clinic alongside my physical clinic in Melbourne, where I’ve worked for the past 26 years.

And now… I’m making a full transition.

From February, I’ll be working purely online, which means I can finally dedicate 100% of my time, energy, and care to my Online Vitality Clinic.

This also means I’ll be available four times a week, across multiple time zones, so I can properly support the women I care for in Australia, the UK, and the US.

My clinic officially opens on 3 February 2026, and over the coming days I’ll be sharing a video that explains exactly how I work, who this clinic is for, and what makes it different.

It's difficult when we make changes,

So we definitely need to have a really strong reason as to why we're doing this.

Is this so that we can keep up with the grandchildren? Is this so that we can hide Kilimanjaro? Is this so that we can get into that swimsuit? Is this so that we can reduce that brain fog? Whatever your why is, there's absolutely zero judgment around that.

Measuring your metabolic health matters. And one of the simplest ways to begin is with something you probably already have at home—a tape measure.

Yes, we can track metabolic health with more advanced tools like continuous glucose monitors (I’m wearing one at the moment and will share more on that soon), but don’t underestimate this foundational step.

To get started, measure:

The circumference of your waist at the level of your belly button

The widest part of your hips and bottom

From there, a simple calculation helps you understand whether you're currently metabolically flexible—or whether your metabolism needs a little more support.

This gives you a baseline. A starting point. A way to see and celebrate your progress as you move through the Gut & Metabolism Clinic and reclaim metabolic flexibility—so you can lift your energy, stabilise your mood, and, if needed, lose weight in a way that supports long-term health.
