IDAHOBIT is the international day against LGBTQIA+ discrimination.
Impacts of this discrimination are deeply felt in this community. In a time when discrimination is becoming increasingly prevalent, do better. If you need help navigating how to have a more inclusive practice I have regular workshops and training for inclusivity of LGBTQIA+ for health professionals.

Yin and yang are described as the sunny and shady sides of a hill. One bright and warm the other dark and cool. As we move into the more yin time of year it is cooler and darker. We want to be indoors and more restful. Generally we are more comfortable and quiet at home and less social. But we are also moving more inward mentally. More thoughtful and contemplative. The cooler months are where all the ideas and planning happen for the warmer and more active yang time of year. Introverts it is your time to shine. Pull out the ugg boots and beanies, pop a soup on the stove, grab a chai and settle in with a book and the cat on the couch. Rest, recover and regenerate for next year. Grow a little lichen. It is yin season.
