‘Trust the yoga’ (maybe you ) said this when I most needed to hear it 🙏. And well today was no exception. I have been attempting many times to practice at this studio in Santiago. Each visit something happens and I never seem to make it - well finally as you can see from the pics here I am or there I was. I met the sweetest yogi . Maga made me feel so welcome and reminded me what it’s all about really (life and yoga) kindness, connection and good moves. Oh and there was Colombian salsa music playing between the poses. It was a yoga fiesta - you would have loved it! - Photos are post class while still on a yoga high.

Ahh the trinity of three. Repeating a yoga pose three times gives you the opportunity to find it, feel it and ultimately enjoy it. If you’re wondering what the ‘it’ is? Who wants to move on a mat again Moving Room style?. I’ll be back in Brunswick to POP UP at Moss Studios one last time before they close their doors. (I know! Very sad news- .studios.melbourne you’ll be missed.

Very excited to announce due to the Byron Dreams Retreat being SOLD OUT next month that I’ll be offering another yoga escape later in the year (details coming soon). In the meantime an upside down pause in Sydney town because well you know placing your head below your heart revitalises, resets and reboots the body in every possible way. A Sunday Pop Up is happening again!
May 4th at Moss Studios in Brunswick

2 classes. - that fit together

A 9.30am Foundation
is all about slowing down in the practice to re-establish alignment - explore the breath and open the body with some deep stretches in preparation for
A 11.00am Moving Flow
If you can come to both classes it will be a wonderful mini immersion - (there’ll be a short break in between).
Or pick the session that suits you best

Ahhh I finally got to get on a mat - thanks to the beautiful Janine for making me feel so welcome. If you want to move in San Fran - I highly recommend this special space. Can’t wait to come back! Until then there’s a Pop Up soon in Melbourne on Sunday 4th May. There’ll be two classes- Foundation at 9.30am and Moving Flow at 11.00am Book in via the website. Link in bio. This floor pattern resembles how life sometimes looks - All black and white with only jagged lines - but fortunately nothing is quite as it seems! And well from this angle I’m happy to say I’ve found my centre (at least for now) I can highly recommend an upside down moment once you find it. And while I’m here I can’t wait to tell you I’m coming back to Melbourne for a May POP UP - sending details today - look out for my email. Can’t wait to move with you all again. X

A Lakeside handstand with a mountain or two. Chile is so full of well, everything. This time here I was yet again reminded that life is a constant stream of unexpected momentary surprises - (good and not so good). What can I say? - Trust your internal compass and be the hero of your own story. Thanks for being blast of inspiration. Oh and one last handstand was had with the Virgin Mary. I hope she approved. X

Re-Emerging after an unexpected hiatus. Sometimes life throws you a curve ball (sometimes a few all at once) but very happy to say finally I’m finding my way forward - what helped? yoga especially yin -water (in it,around it and definitely under it) rewatching my old favourite - who knew. Most importantly love from family, friends and random strangers who probably had no idea they were changing someone’s day. I’m proof yoga and love really makes a life brighter. So who wants to move this Thursday - zooms are back 6.15pm. Can’t wait to move with you again x
