Spotted on a lunchtime stroll, these wattle flowers are like lil balls of sunshine and joy, don’t you think?

It’s giving ‘Sunshine Wattle’ Australian Bush Flower Essence vibes, even though it’s a different plant. This flower essence supports optimism, joy and the ability to see the beauty in the present. DM if you’d like some!

Amethyst is one of my all time favourite crystals 💎

I’ve had up to date first aid training since 2012. Let’s hope I don’t need to move on from resuscitation dummies!

It’s ✨winter solstice✨ today here in the southern hemisphere. Yep, that’s the shortest day/longest night of the year.

Symbolically, winter solstice represents renewal, rebirth and the return of the light. The energy of today supports slowing down, contemplation and releasing what no longer serves. Step into the new! I think a lil sit down in the sun or nature wander on this sunny winter day would do nicely ☀️

And tags be gone! 💨 6 colour swatches and 3 sample tins later, I found the perfect black (who knew there were so many shades of black?!?). Clinic looks beautiful on the outside again 😍

I love street art and there’s loads of amazing pieces around Brunswick. But tagging is so awful and un-artful. And a right pain to clean up!

Here I am in my online clinic space 🧡 Online sessions are a great option if you’ve moved from Melbourne, can’t get to clinic or just prefer healing from home.

Skype is retiring (I wonder if it’s moving to QLD?! 😝) so its time to move platforms.

We can now meet on Zoom or Teams. I’ll send you a meeting invite on your preferred platform for your next online session.

Becoming an Acupuncturist, day 2,568 (!!) 👩‍⚕️

Refining my facial needling skills today at Acupuncture school with .wellness .

One of these points located near the nose is called “Welcome Fragrance”, a very poetic description of its function. It opens the nasal passages, improves breathing and allows all the beautiful (and not so beautiful!) smells in! 🌸

I look forward to bringing the magic of Acupuncture to my clinic in 2026! All going well, I’ll finish training at the end of this year🤞
