2 words 💥TRUST YOURSELF 💥

When you have a lack of safety and trust within yourself and your body
You will be seeking trust outside of yourself putting faith and trust, in others when what really needs to happen is for you to develop trust and safely within YOU ❤️ to trust in your choices, your actions, your beliefs, the purpose of YOUR life ✨

In my soon to be released book and upcoming course Expansive L🩷VE we explore and heal the wound of betrayal..

You may be harbouring the unhealed wound of betrayal . If you are someone who
❌ consistently attracts people into your life that hurt and let you down
❌fears being taken advantage of or experiences it often
❌is in a realationship and finds it hard to openly communicate and be vulnerable
❌ struggles to receive love
❌ finds it hard to forgive and easier to cut people off

Many have experienced the feeling of betrayal by their primary caregivers or friends in childhood which creates deep seated distrust of people. This can lead to intimate relationships with untrustworthy people and ultimately a distrust in oneself ability to make choices and decisions or decisions coming from fear.
