Hi everyone Fundamental Disability Supports are looking for two energetic support workers to join our team on a casual basis. This is an employment position, no independents or other companies. Regular shifts available with the opportunity to pick up various shifts.

Male support worker: young energetic support worker required to support a young man with various activities throughout the week. Must enjoy basketball and helping the participant we support to engage in sport and work during his week. 6-10hours available. Experience with intellectual disability and complex family dynamics are highly regarded.

Female support worker: casual position to assist us supporting various participants throughout the week. Experience with kids and young adults with autism required. Various shifts and fill in shifts available.

Love basketball? We do too! And we believe that everyone, regardless of their abilities, should have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of exercise. That's why we tailor our exercise physiology sessions to our participants' interests, including basketball.

We offer a variety of basketball-specific exercises that can help people with all types of disabilities improve their physical fitness, reduce pain, increase independence, improve mood, and promote social interaction.

As our name suggests we offer exercise physiology sessions. We offer sessions and programs tailored to your specific needs. Our sessions can help to improve mental health and well-being as well as physical function and mobility. They can also encourage greater independence and can help you become focused on specific goals. Not only this our the exercise physiologist come to you.

We also offer support work and have a great team of support workers who are passionate about providing fun sessions tailored to individuals goals. From increasing independence to helping manage appointments we are here to support.

Lauren is one of our support workers, she is currently studying occupational therapy at unisc. She has a passion for working with kids and young adults, she loves providing fun and educational settings to help kids ( and adults ) cultivate social, independent and general life skills.

Lauren loves to bring a fun high energy to every session. From going for walks, playing fun games and jumping on a trampoline. Lauren ensures that she does whatever she can do to make sure that her participants have a fun filled session.
