Well CCK family, the team is certainly tapping into our ADAPTIVE capabilities and putting on our FLEXIBILITY with a smile outfits for the week ahead! 💪

Zac came into the practice to find that whilst Alfred may of “missed us” something definitely found us 💦💦 7,000 litres of it 😅

Good thing most of us don’t wear shoes to work anyway! Good thing we have an awesome team that can step in and up whilst Mark and Jackie are away. Good thing we have a sense of humour 🤪

So just a heads up, we invite you to leave your shoes at the door for tomorrows appointment and come in for the adjustment you’ve been waiting for amongst all this Alfred yo-yo’ing …

… it might be a bit sloshy on the floor, or a bit windy from the fans but one things for sure the ADJUSTMENTS will be top notch … nothing gets in the way of that for our CCK community (well almost nothing 🤣)

We are all about transformation here at CCK ✨✨

We recognise all systems are in a constant state of adaption and evolution.

So it makes sense from time to time we sit back and assess our “system” and ask are we communicating who we are clearly to our community? Are we expressing ourselves authentically?

We have had so much fun and gained beautiful clarity on our purpose, vision and mission working with the wonderful Abby at and as a result … we have a new look!

You will see our fresh branding slowly integrating its way into all things CCK. We have found the process refreshing and energising and we hope you LOVE it as much as we do.
