Helga Dalla Holistic Healing Mentor Back in 2015, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis during menopause. I was in constant pain, exhausted, foggy, and losing myself.

Holistic Healing Mentor helping women with inflammation, fatigue & overwhelm restore balance, rewire their mind, and heal naturally through neuroscience & daily self-care 🌿 Helga Dalla is the Founder of Advancing Health Naturally, RA remission warrior, passionate biohacker, and natural health mentor for women who are done feeling tired, inflamed, and dismissed. Instead of accepting a lifetime of medications and uncertainty, I turned to nature and activation science. Fast forward to today, I'm living in remission, full of energy, with freedom I never thought possible. With five of the most effective shifts I use (and still use daily) to support my body, calm inflammation, and reclaim vitality. I’ve helped many others take back their power — and now, it’s your turn.

Sometimes the body doesn’t break down.

It simply says:

ā€œWe can’t keep living like this.ā€

For many women over 40 this shows up as:

• fatigue
• inflammation
• hormone shifts
• autoimmune symptoms

But often it isn’t weakness.

It’s the nervous system asking for a different way of living.

This is exactly why I’ve been developing the CALM Reset Protocol.

A framework designed to help women:

āœ” calm the nervous system
āœ” reduce stress load
āœ” restore metabolic balance
āœ” support healing from the inside out

Because healing doesn’t begin with extreme protocols.

It begins with calm.

If this resonates, I’d love to know:

What change did you notice most after 40?

If you'd like to be notified when the free CALM Quick Start Guide is released, comment CALM below and I’ll send you the details.

What if anxiety isn’t something to fight…
but something to understand?

Many women I speak with believe anxiety means something is ā€œwrongā€ with them.

But very often what’s happening is something different.

After years of stress, responsibility, pushing through exhaustion, and putting everyone else first… the nervous system can become overloaded.

And when the body finally begins trying to process that stress, it can show up as:

• anxiety
• tension
• restlessness
• overwhelm
• difficulty switching off

It’s not always a sign your body is broken.

Sometimes it’s a sign your body is trying to release what it has been holding for too long.

This is why so much of the work I do begins with helping the nervous system feel safe again.

Because healing rarely begins with pushing harder.

It begins with calming the system first.

I’m curious…

Have you ever noticed anxiety show up more strongly during periods of stress or big life transitions?

Comment ā€œCALMā€ if learning how the nervous system works changed how you see anxiety.

Many women navigating autoimmune symptoms or hormonal shifts believe their body is failing them.

But what if the body is actually trying to protect them?

After years of stress, responsibility and pushing through, the nervous system can reach a point where it demands a different pace.

Healing often begins not with doing more…
but with helping the body feel safe enough to repair.

This is the philosophy behind the work I do with women over 40 navigating autoimmune challenges.

Calm first. Then fast.

Rainy days on the Sunshine Coast today šŸŒ§ļø

After an early morning Pilates reformer class I’m home working on the next part of my š‚š€š‹šŒ š…š«ššš¦šžš°šØš«š¤ program, helping women understand how nervous system safety plays a role in healing.

But today I’ve got a very important assistant keeping me company.

This is šˆš§šš¢, my loyal office buddy. 🐶

She’s not thrilled about the rain because normally we’d be out on one of our bush walks.

So instead we’re doing indoor games like tug-o-war and ā€œfind itā€ treat games to keep her stimulated.

Moments like this are also a reminder of something I teach often…

Healing doesn’t always come from doing more.

Sometimes it comes from slowing down, creating calm, and finding small moments of joy.

Now I’d love to see yours…

Who else has a work-from-home companion?

A quiet Sunday reminder for women navigating inflammation, hormones, and autoimmune challenges…

One of the biggest misconceptions I see in the health space is the belief that healing requires more discipline.

More restriction.
More protocols.
More pushing.

But many women I work with have already spent years doing exactly that.

What’s often missing is not effort — it’s nervous system safety.

When the body has been under prolonged stress, it can remain stuck in survival mode. In that state, the body prioritises protection over repair.

This is why inflammation can linger.
Why hormones feel unpredictable.
Why even powerful tools like fasting sometimes don’t deliver the results people expect.

Healing is rarely about pushing harder.

More often it begins when the body finally feels safe enough to shift from survival mode into repair mode.

This is the philosophy behind the work I do with women navigating autoimmune challenges and midlife hormonal shifts.

Calm first. Then fast.

If you’re curious about the connection between nervous system regulation, fasting and autoimmune recovery, I share more inside my guides and community.

Wishing you a calm and restorative Sunday.

March is Autoimmune Awareness Month šŸ’œ

Millions of people live with autoimmune diseases, yet so many still don’t understand what that really means.

These conditions are often invisible, misunderstood, and dismissed.

As someone living with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I know firsthand that autoimmune disease is more than joint pain or ā€œjust being tired.ā€

It’s navigating fatigue, inflammation, brain fog and unpredictable flare-ups while still showing up for life.

But this journey has also taught me something powerful.

Autoimmune warriors are some of the strongest people on the planet.

We learn to listen to our bodies.
We learn to advocate for our health.
We learn that healing often requires nutrition, movement, mindset and support working together.

This month is about:

šŸ’œ Raising awareness
šŸ’œ Breaking myths
šŸ’œ Supporting those who are struggling silently

If you’re living with an autoimmune condition, know this:

You are not weak.
You are not lazy.
You are not imagining it.

You are a warrior.

Drop a šŸ’œ below if you’re an autoimmune warrior or supporting one.

Coping manages symptoms.
Regulation addresses the stress load beneath them.

When I finally shifted into nervous system regulation, my body responded in ways symptom-management alone never created.

I’m building something structured around that principle.

You Don’t Have to Absorb Every Reality You Hear.

There’s a small practice I teach my clients.

When you hear something negative —
fear-based news, gossip, projection, drama —

Snap your fingers and say quietly:

ā€œNot my timeline.ā€

It may sound simple.
But neurologically, it’s powerful.

It acts as a pattern interrupt.
It signals your nervous system that you are not attaching to that emotional charge.

And energetically?

It’s a boundary.

We live in a world saturated with stimulus.
If you don’t consciously choose what you internalise, your body will absorb it for you.

Especially for women navigating:
• stress
• burnout
• hormone shifts
• autoimmune conditions

Your nervous system matters.

You are allowed to opt out of realities that don’t align with your direction.

Not from denial.
But from discernment.

Snap.
ā€œNot my timeline.ā€

Leadership begins with self-regulation.

I don’t believe autoimmune conditions come ā€œout of nowhere.ā€

Mine didn’t.

It followed years of stress, emotional pressure, and pushing through when I should have paused.

The nervous system plays a bigger role than most women are told.

When safety leaves the body for too long, symptoms eventually speak.

If you’ve been living in survival mode…
this isn’t your fault.

But healing begins when we feel safe again.

Comment ā€œLISTENā€ if you want to understand this deeper.

Awareness is the circuit breaker.
When you name the loop, it begins to lose power.

Sometimes the fear isn’t a red flag…
ļæ½it’s your nervous system protecting what’s familiar.

Right after we commit to change, the brain panics.

• ā€œI can’t afford itā€ļæ½ā€¢ ā€œI’m too busyā€ļæ½ā€¢ ā€œMaybe laterā€ļæ½ā€¢ ā€œWhat if it doesn’t work?ā€

It’s not self-sabotage.
ļæ½It’s protection.

Your body would rather stay in a known struggle than risk the unknown.
But healing lives on the other side of that edge.

If you’re feeling that wobble right now… it might actually mean you’re closer than you think šŸ’›

I’m opening a few free Calm Within Reset sessions this week if you’d like gentle support.

Sunday reminder, friends…

Your body is not the enemy.ļæ½It’s not failing you.ļæ½It’s communicating with you.

Pain. Fatigue. Inflammation. Brain fog.ļæ½

They’re not punishments, they’re signals.

For years I tried to push harder, override symptoms, ā€œpower through.ā€

But real healing began when I slowed down…nourished my nervous system... fed my body real food…shifted my mindset…and worked with my biology, not against it.

That’s when everything changed.

Less force.ļæ½
More flow.ļæ½
Less fear.ļæ½
More trust.

You don’t have to hustle your way to health.ļæ½You get to heal gently, consistently, and naturally.

And you don’t have to do it alone šŸ’š

If you’re ready to calm inflammation, restore energy and feel at home in your body again…
