So often people get caught up in the hustle, and the "doing", and feel that if they aren't "hustling" then they are failing. The truth is, we need both the motivated states, and the times of rest. If we are constantly in a state of high exertion we can end up in a highly stressed state, burning out, and often times getting sick, and run down.
If your body is asking for rest, allow it. Take the time to nurture your soul, and fill your cup. As soon as your body is ready again, you'll know it. The thing is though... once this time happens you don't need to go from 0-100 again in a day. It can be a gradual process where each day you build upon it more and more. Creating a state of flow, that is sustainable long termπŸ™πŸΌβ˜ΊοΈ

Often we get so caught up in the drama of everything that is unfolding in our lives. Consumed and engulfed by it. The thing is... worrying often doesn't change anything. I know it may seem easier said than done... but if we can change our perspective and try and focus on the good things that are occurring in our lives, then this will help us transition through the shift with far less turbulence. Often, when we look back in hindsight, we can see the lessons of growth that we have experienced and can see how things potentially worked out for the better, rather than if things had turned out how we first hoped.
