If you found yourself getting overwhelmed, number one, you're not alone. Many of us went through that experience this month. But there are a few things that you can consider doing if you find that you are overwhelmed. One of the worst things that we can do is to just try and carry on, to just try and plow through, because the more we just dig deeper and keep pushing, even when we're feeling fried or highly reactive or highly irritable or not quite like ourself or out of our body, that will lead to a prolonged burnout.
