Don't let the cooler weather fool you, staying hydrated is JUST as crucial in winter here in Queensland! ☀️

While you might not feel as thirsty, our bodies still need plenty of water for energy levels, healthy skin, and even to support your immune system as those winter bugs try to creep in.

🔥 Avoid too long in heated aircon as it can dry you out.

💧 The cold weather can make you less thirsty, so it's important to make a conscious effort to sip water throughout the day.

☕ Minimise your tea and coffee intake, or make sure you balance it with enough water. Too much tea and coffee can be a diuretic.

Another GOLD for my collection. We had an amazing time in Mackay and came home winners.

Now that I’m focused on being “an athlete” I am personally implementing what I tell my clients and it’s amazing!!

Regular ANF Therapy, self-fascial release work, powerplate work outs and massage, walks in nature and of course, being careful what I fuel with.

At 50, I’ve never felt better!
