🦋 I found this beauty lying on the footpath on my walk this morning. It was still moving and I didn’t want anyone squishing it so we shared some reiki love while it transitioned into the sunrise. I thanked it for its service and beauty and wished it well on its journey. 🦋

Fuel for my day.
This is my favourite big brekky it keeps me going all day! I add a pinch of curry powder with salt and pepper into the eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes. Sooooo good! 🤤

🌊Happy World Ocean Day🌊
What a beautiful life source, I love how mysterious oceans are and how much we are yet to learn and understand about them. The ocean has an incredible attraction for me, I feel it deep in every cell whenever I am near it. My favourite time to visit is when it’s rough, I love watching large waves crash and feeling it’s wildness as it clears my mind.
It’s our collective responsibility to look after all oceans and their residents.
