A warm welcome to my Neighbours on the Central Coast 😊
My name is Phoebe. I'm an experienced and qualified Support Worker with 16 years experience, 3 years experience in Coordination of Support. I used to work for larger companies however, I have learnt that in working through my own ABN I'm able to charge less for the work I do which means more support hours for the person needing support.
As all larger companies charge the maximum rate of $80 an hour. I don't charge this. I charge varied rates stating from $55 an hour depending on the type of work.
I also am a great cleaner as well as a Support worker as they often come hand in hand.
I'm also qualified as I have my Cert 4 and Diploma in Community Services.
If anyone has any work, either Support work, cleaning or Coordination of Support please PM me as I currently have capacity to assist. I go Above and Beyond for the people I work for and will always make sure you're always happy with my services. I ensure every 3 months I sit down and review the work we are doing, how it is going and anything we may need to alter.
If you're needing cleaners I have myself and another worker to be able to do cleaning, bond cleans, mowing, gurneying, windows etc and more professionally to expectations, as a team we provide commercial cleaning as well as residential houses. We also assist with all tasks around the house no matter what.
I have my checks for working with children check, Aged care and NDIS checks. I have completed the Aged Care modules necessary and I have my First Aid certificate. All checks done.

If you're needing a Coordinator of Support or a Support worker please let me know as I'm a sole trader and want to grow to assist more of our community so we can all hopefully have a little joy in our lives and truly reach out goals. I don't want people to have to wait so long to achieve a goal. I'm here so that we can work on it together as a team to make sure you achieve your goal in your own time but making sure it doesn't take forever.
I work hard and I believe in giving the little guy a go because I'll work a lot harder to prove my worth. I hope to hear from you. 😊

Had a great productive day taking someone I support to exercise physiology.
It's AMAZING how much these easier exercises and stretches can assist someone so much. I think it's great to go to an appointment with them to then be able to share this information with anyone who supports this person.
