I’m often asked how to eat healthy with limited time. This from start to plate in the sink was under 30 minutes. I like food to taste good, and when what I like, also benefits my body, happy bonus.
I also believe in the 80/20 principle with most things. Food is included in this. The cheese (Parmesan) was halved as it for me was too much once I started to grate. I also added pumpkin seeds for crunch at the end. I hope you enjoy Dx
