Blackberries & Blueberries, my morning picking.
Organic & free of spray. Soil management is important along with lots of water. Weeds are suppressed with which layers of mulch which has been drowned in the dam for more than 6 weeks to kill the seeds.
These dark berries which are high in antioxidants are even more beneficial to our bodies frozen.
