🐰🐣 Happy Easter Yogis 🐰🐣

I'm back from my amazing Sri Lanka adventure, and looking forward to seeing my beautiful Flow Community again! 🤗❤️ I had an amazing time, but am always reminded of lucky I am and how special the grounded, authentic and warm community we have built is. So much love for you all.

I also have a renewed love and enthusiasm for the amazing practice of Yoga - which always happens when I get a chance to be a student again! - so I'm excited to get back on the mat and share the beautiful practice & teachings with you all.

I've kept classes on all Easter and added an EXTRA 90min Vinyasa & Pranayama for 10am on Sunday.

Hope to you see you all on the mat, either this weekend or ASAP! Love & Peace to all 💓🕊️✌️

Not coping with today being my last day in this absolute heaven!! 😭

I've had the most incredible 10 days here. I've been SO well cared for by the beautiful staff, nourished with amazing wholefood, massaged, shown the local hot spots, taken anywhere I want to go (including to a local yoga class by canoe! 🛶😂) and, I'm surrounded by stunning beauty every where I turn ☀️🏝️🧘‍♀️🪷

I have not felt this peaceful in.......🤔...actually, I genuinely can't remember! 😵

OF COURSE - I'm ALSO missing my beautiful family, and incredible community back home though - and since I can't clone myself and live in both places - I've done the next best thing; I've booked to bring you all back here with me next year!!! 🤸‍♀️🍹🌴🥥🧘‍♀️🐢🐘⛱️👙💆‍♀️

For those of you who don't know; is a long term (O.G) student of Flow Collective, a good friend of Lana's and in the later years became one of our much-loved teachers! 🙏💛🧘‍♀️ She's been off raising an adorable human for the last lil bit, but she agreed to coming back and covering Saturdays while Lana is off on retreat and we couldn't be happier 🤗

Maddy is a warm, kind and bubbly soul with a warm heart, a wealth of grounded wisdom, a graceful Yoga practice and years of experience. You're in wonderful hands 🙌

💕✨️ Woohoo! 4 New Classes have been added to our timetable! 💕✨️

Check out the new opportunities to FLOW with us above! 💠🌊🧘‍♀️🤗

Some of these new additions are 45 min 'express' classes - so you can enjoy a bit of everything if u want to do a double, or squeeze in a shorter practice (and a swim!?) around other commitments! 🤗 We also now have the lovely Georgia offering a nurturing & restorative hour of Yin & Nidra every Thursday evening 🌙💆‍♀️💕

New Classes are;
Mon 5.30pm Strength & Mobility with
Wed 6.15am Vinyasa 45 with
Thurs 5.30pm Vinyasa 45 with
Thurs 6.30pm Yin & Nidra with

❤️🖤💛 At Flow Collective Yoga, we acknowledge the Dharawal people, the traditional owners of the land on which we live & practice. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and the Guardian Spirits of this land.❤️🖤💛

We celebrate the stories, culture, and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and hope that as a society, we might continue to grow in respect & reverence of this deep, ancient wisdom.

We recognise that for many First Nations people, January 26th is not a day to be celebrated & is marked by pain, sadness, frustration, and anger at the continuing damage done by colonisation.

We are open on Monday - with Lana teaching a 90min practice at 10am, inclusive of acknowledgement, respect, and meditation on love, safety, equality & peace for all.
