Yoga classes are offered at the Bulli Surf Club with experiences designed to activate your body and connect to inner wisdom.

Whispers of the Heart is a poetic sojourn, woven together to take you through space and time and beyond. Mike has carefully threaded together poetry of his own with that of spiritual mystics throughout history, and designed a meditative experience to create a tapestry inviting you into your true nature as love itself ❤🌌

Note from Lana; I met this lovely emerging Vipassana teacher last week at a festival, and was lucky to hear to some of his beautiful poetry and Buddhist teachings ☀️✨️💫 it was pure soul food ❤️ Mike is travelling through Wollongong on Monday, and has agreed to sharing his beautiful offerings with our community! This is a one-off opportunity and im so glad he agreed. I hope you can all join us 🤗 xx

Life just feels a whole lot brighter when the weather starts to get warmer, the daylight lasts longer, and we can enjoy our practice with the doors open and a fresh sea breeze floating through the class 🌬🍃🤗

This will be an open, moderate level class with pranayama (yogic breathwork), a little flow, and some heart centred, grounding practices for connection to land, beauty & gratitude 🌎🙏💛 led by ✨️
